Only what you provide through the contact form (name, business, email, phone, message) and standard, privacy-respecting analytics (see below). We do not sell personal information.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and provide products and service.

4. Consent (CASL)

By submitting the form you consent to be contacted about your inquiry. Any future commercial or marketing email would require separate express consent and would include an unsubscribe mechanism, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

5. Analytics

The site uses Matomo, a self-hosted, privacy-respecting analytics tool. Data stays on Q2 / Website Reactor infrastructure and is not shared with third-party ad networks. IP addresses are anonymized.

6. Cookies

Matomo may set first-party cookies for visit measurement. These help us understand how the site is used; you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

7. Storage, retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and serve you, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
